Annual Membership Fees
Individual membership/$25 annual fee
Organization of two or less employees/$50 annual fee
Organization of more than two employees/$100 annual fee
Application Process
Membership applications will be reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors of IAACWO. Please submit the online application or download the membership application and fax to 812.349.3440.
