If you are an individual wanting to report animal cruelty, please contact your local shelter or animal control entity first. If you do not have these entities in your county or need outside assistance, please contact us at admin@iaacwo.org or 812.332.0123. Anonymous reports regarding animal cruelty or neglect can be made.

Local Ordinances
Each county/city/town has it’s own set of local ordinances pertaining to that community. Check with your local governments for ordinances pertaining to animals. Some counties have very few of these ordinances or none at all. State laws can be upheld by any law enforcement agency or animal control entity.
